Nick learned the short-term rental business from the inside. He managed properties for two of the largest operators in Big Sky, including homes in the Triple Tree subdivision and the private Eagle Rock community. When he founded Snowy Peaks, several owners chose to continue working with him directly. Those relationships are still the foundation of the business today.
Before Montana, ten years in global marketing and 55 Airbnb stays around the world taught him what guests actually want. He knows because he was that guest.
He did not plan Bozeman. A night here on a West Coast scouting trip, a dog park, and his blue heeler racing through the mountain air told him everything. After four years, this is home.
Why I run it this way.
The model is simple because the alternative did not work, for owners or for guests. A property with a rotating cast of managers does not get care. It gets processed. I started Snowy Peaks because I saw that up close, for years. Then I decided to run it differently: one person, accountable, reachable, and actually local to the market he manages.
