A Big Sky home on the golf course: one winter, $30,000 net.

In its first winter season with me as the manager, that is what the home paid its owner, after my flat 25% commission and cleaning fees.

The house in summer: two storeys clad in weathered barn wood with red-painted window trim, a red front door and a three-bay garage, with pines and mown lawn along the driveway.

The home is in Meadow Village, Big Sky, directly on the Big Sky Resort golf course, which Arnold Palmer designed. Four bedrooms, three baths. A private sauna. Nordic ski access from the back door. Lone Peak fills the view from nearly every room.

The back deck: outdoor seating and a stone-topped table with an unobstructed view of Lone Peak across the meadow below.

The goal when I started.

When I became the manager of this home, the goal was simple: run it the way a home on a golf course with a Lone Peak view deserves. That means priced right, cared for properly, and someone who actually answers when a guest calls.

The work behind the number.

I handled every guest inquiry, every message, and every issue during a stay directly. No call center stood between a guest and a fast answer. Pricing followed the market data, and I adjusted it by hand for what the algorithm alone would not catch. A home this close to both golf and Nordic skiing has a demand pattern that needs close attention.

The listing runs on Airbnb, Google, and direct booking, synced through one inbox so nothing is missed between channels.

The back of the house in summer: weathered barn-wood siding with red trim, tall gabled windows, and a stone-edged pond with a small waterfall in the garden.

If you own in Big Sky, this is what it can look like.

Call me, or send a note. I will tell you honestly what your property can earn, not what sounds good in a pitch.
